Individual Counseling Sessions

$150/session —  Collectively working one-on-one in a therapeutic relationship can be a catalyst for change.  It can often offer insight and healing, understanding, self-confidence, control, and help in carrying out your goals. All these elements can truly be transformational and result in CALM. 

I do not currently accept insurance directly, however, I am able to provide you with the information needed for your submission to your insurance company for reimbursement. I encourage clients to check with their insurance provider to learn more about their out-of-network provider benefits.

Group Counseling

Variable hourly rate — It is impossible to go through life without contact with others and having relationships so naturally we find we are under the same umbrella when we walk through our storms of life. It is important to connect and share with others who share the same experience. 

Weekly group meeting prices vary per meeting depending upon group size.  

Consulting Services

Variable hourly rate —  I offer consultation services for grief, loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, suicidal-ideation, oncology, life-transitions, and skin care issues.
